The team is responsible for managing all public interest interventions of the Association. This responsibility includes identifying areas where the Association can engage in advocacy on behalf of workers, business owners and other stakeholders in the field of labour and employment by means of opinion pieces, commentaries and public interest litigation. Where diplomatic interventions are difficult or ineffective, the team initiates and manages public interest litigations which is executed by the experienced litigators who are members of the committee. The committee is also responsible for managing the pro bono activities of the Association.
