ELLAN is renowned for its bespoke monthly webinars on topical subject matters relating to employment and labour law. Our webinars, which are free and open to the general public, are anchored by experts within and outside the Association, thereby enabling us to deliver high-value trainings on labour and employment law to a wide audience. Some of the issues we have covered on the webinars include managing large scale redundancies, data privacy concerns, labour issues on mergers and acquisitions, the pension multi fund structure, tax implications of outsourcing arrangements and requirements for conducting disciplinary proceedings. In addition to the webinars, we also provide private training on request to executive management teams of both private and public organisations. 

We are also Social. Our WhatsApp group made up of over 70 lawyers is a knowledge hub for labour and employment law exchange repertoire.
