Ayodeji is an experienced practicing international lawyer with fifteen (15) years post qualification experience in various areas of legal practice, particularly; Contract, Corporate and Commercial Law, Labour & Employment and Criminal Law. With a combined experience of 8 years in Dispute Resolution Practice in three of the top law firms in Nigeria and having held various roles as in-house counsel in the telecommunications and FMCG sectors,

Ayodeji’s resourcefulness and distinctive ability to simplify and proffer solutions to complex legal issues, is understandable. His in-depth knowledge and display of understanding of the interpretation of company policies and guidelines, easily makes him a leading light
in the labour and industrial relations space. In his current role as Operations Counsel at British American Tobacco, he has engaged the union on various issues of interpretation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and has advised, drafted and revised various policies of the Company. By providing guidance to the Human Resources department, Ayodeji has successfully reduced the litigation portfolio of the Company and continues to drive the Company’s objective of litigation avoidance.
Mr. Arowolo is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a member of the IBA and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
